Terms & Conditions

• This term is used for all contracts made between Evergreen 1 Homestay and the guests and is valid for all bookings and the agreement to rent a place to stay and shall be used for all the facilities at Evergreen 1 Homestay.
• All guests are required to read these Terms & Conditions. This contract is an additional condition to the deposit payment made by the tenant.
• The homestay rate changes from time to time.
• Paid deposit will not be returned if there are damages made to the physical structure of Evergreen 1 Homestay and its facilities and equipment OR bookings made by the tenant are cancelled less than 3 days before the booked date.
• Full payment is to be made before checking in.
• Booking is not comfirmed until booking deposit is paid.
• Check-in time starts at 2.00pm and Check-out time is at 12.00noon. Failure to comply with the set Check-out time will incur penalty of RM10 for every subsequent hour. If guest are Checking-out after 2.00pm, they will be charged one day booking fee according to the current rate.
• Guest are fully responsible of their safety while staying at Evergreen 1 Homestay. Any accidents or injury while staying at Evergreen 1 Homestay are under the responsibility of the guests. Guests are not allowed to make any claim or payment from the management of Evergreen 1 Homestay due to any accident or injury occurred to them while staying at Evergreen 1 Homestay.
• Guests must ensure the homestay are locked while they are not in the premises and avoid leaving any valuable items unattended. Evergreen 1 Homestay's Management will not be responsible to any loss/damage of valuable items in result of failing to obey the instructions to locked the homestay.
• Guests must use the facilities provided properly. Any damages due to carelessness will require the guests to bear the costs of the damages.
• Smoking are not allowed at all in the premises.
• Pets are not allowed in the premises.
• Any unlawful acts including drinking alcohol are prohibited in the homestay. Failure to obey the rules could cause the Evergeen 1 Homestay Management to cancel the booking and no refund will be made.
• Guests are required to respect the neighbours and minimise the noise.
• Evergreen 1 Homestay have the rights to make any changes to the Terms & Conditions from time to time without any notices.
• All guests  who proceed with the bookings are considered to have agreed and understand with the Terms & Conditions stated above.

Terma dan Syarat

• Tetamu dikehendaki untuk membaca Terma dan Syarat ini. Tetamu yang meneruskan dengan booking dikira sebagai sudah memahamai dan menerima syarat dan terma berikut.
• Kadar sewa asas akan berubah dari semasa ke semasa
• Deposit yang dibayar tidak akan dikembalikan jika berlaku kerosakan pada homestay tersebut dan sebarang peralatan di dalamnya dengan kecuaian atau sengaja.
• Deposit tidak akan dipulangkan jika tetamu membatalkan tempahan kurang daripada 3 hari dari tarikh booking.
• Bayaran penuh hendaklah dibayar sebeum check-in. Resit bayaran akan diberikan selepas check-out.
• Daftar masuk bermula pukul 2.00 petang dan daftar keluar adalah pada pukul 12.00 tengahari. Kegagalan untuk mematuhi masa daftar keluar akan dikenakan penalti RM 10 bagi setiap jam. Daftar keluar selepas jam 2.00 petang akan dikenakan caj penginapan satu hari mengikut kadar semasa.
• Keselamatan tetamu ketika menginap di Evergreen 1 Homestay adalah di bawah tanggungjawab tetamu sendiri sepenuhnya. Sebarang Kecederaan dan kemalangan semasa menginap di premis adalah di bawah tanggungjawap tetamu. Tetamu tidak boleh menuntut sebarang ganti rugi daripada pihak pengurusan Evergreen 1Homestay akibat kemalangan atau kecederaan yang tetamu alami semasa menginap di premis ini.
• Penyewa hendaklahmemastikan premis dalam keadaan berkunci semasa meninggalkan rumah dan disarankan tidak meninggalkan barangan berharga tanpa pengawasan. Pihak Evergreen 1 Homestay tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas kerugian hartabenda akibat kegagalan mematuhi arahan mengunci kediaman.
• Tetamu hendaklah menggunakan kemudahan yang disediakan dengan berhemah. Sebarang kerosakan berpunca daripada kecuaian tetamu akan menyebabkan tetamu dikehendaki membayar ganti rugi.
• Merokok adalah dilarang sama sekali di dalam Homestay Evergreen 1.
• Binatang peliharaan tidak dibenarkan dibawa masuk ke dalam Homestay Evergreen 1.
• Kegiatah jenayah atau Kegiatan tidak bermoral termasuk minum arak adalah dilarang di dalam premis. Kegagalan mematuhi larangan boleh menyebabkan pihak pengurusan Evergreen 1 Homestay membatalkan penginapan dan tiada bayaran kembali akan dibuat.
• Penyewa dikehendaki menghormati jiran-jiran dan tidak membuat bising.
• Evergeen 1 Homestay berhak untuk membuat sebarang perubahan pada Terma dan Syarat dari semasa ke semasa tanpa notis pemberitahuan.
